If you arrive by car, you enter through the drive-through gatehouse, confirm your suite at the window, park in your enclosed private garage and go straight up to the room. Food, drinks and sex shop products are delivered through a pass-through window, with no visual contact. When you leave, you pay at the window and that's it.
